The Be-Winnors project hosts a yearly cohort for student interns to learn how to apply their STEM education to conduct research in an academic environment.
Interns were paired with CSULA EECS faculty and graduate student mentors to help make meaningful contributions in one of the projects core technology areas.
Inters were responsilbe in performing number of task, and worked on different project. Individually held leadership responsabilites on a weekly basis. They were responsible with time managing mulitple projects. Worked along side with mentors that guided them through the process of being part of team.
Interns gained knowled of workign with large team. Explored engineering and computer science projects. Contributed with hands on work that helped gained techincal skills.
